Delivery time
We aim to have all Australian orders shipped within 14 - 21 business day. 

If you are concerned about the dispatch of your order please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.

Postage Times: Please understand that our "Handling time" does not include Postage times to your location are as per the Australia Post & Sendle websites. If your item does not have a tracking number assigned, it may mean it has been sent by standard parcel post with Australia Post and does not coming with a tracking number. If you require a tracking number for your order please contact us for further payment.

Handling Time

PLEASE NOTE & UNDERSTAND: as we are a small family business with limited staff, items on our website are subject to a handling period. Please allow 14-21 business days for your order to be processed and for the tracking to update. Pick up dates attached to tracking numbers are a guideline ONLY.

Packaging
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. If this occurs there is no additional shipping charge to you and the remaining items within your order will follow shortly.

Tracking your order
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post or Sendle.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel may be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local collection point based on the delivery company.

Please choose carefully when ordering T-Shirts on our Website. As our T-Shirts are sourced from our quality supplier in the UK, not all sizing is held in stock, any exchange required for "Wrong Size" purchase may be subjected to a small delay for replacement due to shipments being released from the UK Warehouse once a month.

Please understand that the delivery time for our T-Shirt range is longer than other products on our webstore and may be shipped separately.

We do not offer Refunds for wrong sizing, however we are more than happy to offer an exchange.

PLEASE NOTE OUR T-SHIRTS ARE FROM A QUALITY SUPPLIER IN THE UK - THEY ARE NOT MADE IN CHINA, 

Postage time is additional to the above mentioned handling time.

TIPS: on searching our Extensive Data Base?

In the Search Bar type in the artist of any Band you are looking for...

Then leave a space and type the letter "T" after the Artist name... this will reduce your search to only produce all T-Shirts available to purchase.

As we are still working on updating our database for this range, if your desired T-Shirt does not have a size listed in the name of the shirt, please include your desired size in the Notes field of your Order while we continue to work on bringing our range up-to-date . Returns & Replacements

We guarantee your satisfaction with all Atlantis Music merchandise. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) from Atlantis Music , you may return the product(s) within 14 days of delivery. When we receive the item(s) and verify the return of product(s), we will send you a replacement(s) or issue a full refund, including shipping and handling.
Please choose carefully when ordering on Atlantis Music . Once you have ordered the item, you are committed to the purchase unless you have good reason to cancel. In accordance with new laws from the Department of Fair Trading - you are not automatically entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or you later discover that you made the wrong choice. You are entitled to a refund if the item you bought is: not of acceptable quality or does not match the description.
